    Your not worrying about nothing.
    In my opinion if you think you need to talk to someone do it straight away. Your GP is the best place to start.
    Far more people have mental health issues than you’d believe and most times solutions are very easy and you will feel so much better.
    Cutting down the weed and booze always helps but it’s seldom enough.

    Talk to your loved ones... start spending some more time with them. They'll help you to get out of this situation. Do things that keeps you busy all day.

    When I lose my appetite and don't sleep well, it's a wake-up call for me to go to a psychologist. It may sound like a minor problem, but I know my body and if I don't want to eat for a long time, it's definitely a depressive episode
