Please Don't Follow This Advice!
There's more than a few things wrong with the way sheepboy is doing his extractions.
1. Do your blasting OUTSIDE.

2. Do NOT use Ronsen lighter fuel and for god's sake and yours Do NOT use camping fuel! WTF!?!?
3. After you bring your pyrex dish out of the water it in the very least needs put on a heating pad until ALL the bubbles are gone. And after that a lot of people use vacuum ovens.

Whats wrong with ronson butane it passes the mirror test when i test it is there somthing im missing?

If I may, ronson as well as the camp stove stuff, can have been purified and then had a scent added. Butane as natural gas are odourless, the added scent is so it can be detected if leaking. Camping stuff I avoid, lighter refill is a personal choice. Over the 40+ years of lighting smoking material (marijuana came up in spell check, cool) weed and fags (correct use?) I must have inhaled much more of whatever impurities are in my bic ( damn French). PURGE (not raising my voice) and start with as clean a spray as you can.

I am not a molecular chemist, I just play one on the internet, so ....

This write up is full of holes. This is NOT even close to the correct way to make BHO. IF you really want to make some BHO and you want to do it correctly please read at skunkpharmresearch.com and then you will know what you are doing.

Quality post mate is it not a bit iffy using pvc tubing? I've seen a few people using stainless steel turkey basters.
