    Default Ucc bubbler flow rates?

    Hi All,

    Here goes my first post!

Does anyone know the ideal flow rate for under current culture to be effective with the DWC bubbler?

    Thank you in advance

    Default Times To Change Nutrients?

I just found out that majority of Bubblers with under current culture pump approx 2000 - 4000 liters per hour. Does Anyone know How long you can go without nutrient change as im told the under current flow of water prolongs time between changes. So if DWC is a week what about this system?

I'm not using an undercurrent system, mines RDWC but its pretty similar and I haven't changed res since I started my current grow.. 3 weeks or so ago.

most of us have systems that recirculate atleast 5 times an hour . The intervals at which you do a res change has little to do with the rate at which your system recirculates and has more to do with other factors like system volume/temp/stability . The larger the volume the more stable the solution tends to be and the less adjustments required so chemical such as ph up/down do not build up in your system . res temps are also a large factor as sometimes the water temps can creep up over the course of a week or 2 . The point of the grow and the additives you are also using will dictate res changes as some can only be used for certain periods before they should be removed . G
