I know the stems have to snap before it should get pulled down from drying but are the buds always crispy dry too?

I find they feel dryer than they are when they come out of the drying area. One they're in the curing pots the moisture left in evens out. I try to dry for 10 days slowly

Sound, they've only been drying since sat night and dry on the outside of the buds, 18-21c and now its 44 % hum, had been low as 36%.

I'd refer to the grow weed easy guide, it tells you everything you need to know. Buds shouldn't be completely dry. If you pull one off the stem, you shouldn't get a piece of the stem attached to it.
