Ive accidentaly split my blue dream auto stem in half right two weeks before flowerring The bulge it made is unreal .Its bigger then the other blue dreams autos i have by about 30% and is in a 2gallon pot while the others are in 5gallon

I think stem splitting before flower has some serious merit . I started readin about it and its very popular in Asian Farming of vegetables and fruit trees .

I wouodnt do it after flowering as i would imagine it takes a hell of alot of energy to repair that stem . Since in flowering energy is directed towards the flowers or fruit and not stems and repairing itself

Hmm interesting Trex, so in your experience in doing this, you've seen an advantage mate (increase in trichomes etc)?

Ive never actually done it . But i have split stems in half by accident before . And it just occured to me that could be why those plants are bigger .

Its a test im doing for yall Ice . Ill keep the progress report in here

The chinese do it in vegetatige period . I do nit see how this could in any way help makin more trichoms 10days before harvest . I just dont

Well guys as i said i've tried it a few times and in my opinion it did work Fat Lad will back me up on this he was there when i did it, now i'm about to update my auto diary last week i had loads of white pistils but now they are shrinking and turning color but the cola's have very little sugar on them compared to previous grows so today i'm gonna split the stems on them, i'll post pics of before and after in my diary, i think the purpose of the procedure is to mke the plant think it is about to die and for it to go all out with flowering procedure, the jury is out !!! all the best guys and good luck with your experiment Trex.

I remember people putting nails and shit through the stems lol, there’s much better ways to get the full plant medicines we need.
