Default Answered: Cana Coco medium but which nutrients to use

    Hi all new here.

Having trouble finding info on the following question (yes I've searched heaps and heaps and the internet can be a bit of a rabbit hole at times)

I am just about to start a grow using Canna Coco professional plus as my medium. I've read that a lot of people here use Canna A +Canna bwith varying levels of success.
However I purchased terra Aquatica trip part(European brand of the general hydroponics I believe) prior to picking up my Canna Coco from the shop. So I now have the Canna with the terra Aquatica tripart.
A couple of posts here say the trip part series is for soil only and can't be used for coca. But a few links to other websites (a big Canna specific grow one) shows you CAN use the terra 3 part series. I also called a local hydro shop he said you can.

Given the members here said you shouldn't and I believe they're long time growers and would trust there level of expertise, is there anyone that can comment specifically on this as I've just landed seed and will have them popping up pretty soon.
Strain is pineapple express and mimosa if that is helpful.

    Thanks

I've done one grow 15 years ago but can't remember much about it and that's about it. So I'd be hard pressed to identify problems along the way and might have a disaster grow.

Anyone else used a trip part either Terra Aquatica or general hydroponics in a coco grow here?? Keen to hear some more outcomes
I've used the GH trio for several grows in coco with great results, you do need calmag as well though.
The last feed I had used was Ionic(1 part feed),but to get it shipped here is expensive and GH was recommended to me."

No personal experience with it, but according to information on the 'official' Terra Aquatica website they say it can be used with soil, coco and Hydro

I tried the ghe 3 part once many moons ago.My plants hermied lol, probably not the nutes but put me off ever using them again.

I’m sure they will be fine, you’ll probably need some cal/mag too.

I've tried the three part stuff in a perlite hempy... but, TBH, I think Canna Coco A&B is less messing about

The Micro and Bloom plus calmag is all you need.

Per US gallon, or per 4 litres, it's 6ml Micro and 9ml Bloom. Usually written as 0/6/9. Use from day 1 until the finish. No flushing needed. Apart from calmag, use no additives. The pH will more than likely be in range meaning no pH up/down needed. Makes for an easy grow.

    Here's one I prepared earlier:

The tri-part will work fine. There is no difference between the European and the U.S. one.

They just have to put different things on the label in Europe.

Like Bethmeg said, you will need some cal/mag too.
