    Default 1st time growing

Hi I’m new to growing and after setting up a 1m x 1m tent. Is there any guides that are not complicated to help make sure I get a good grow

I’ve not got any of the stuff yet. I’m after a complete setup and thinking of autoflowering seeds to make it easier?

    1 x 1 metre sounds very stealth!

Many will advise you not to buy a complete setup and with good reason. You'll end up replacing nearly all of it much sooner than you were planning. Not really the fault of the grow shops. If they put a kit worth having together, the extra cost means that the customer will buy a cheaper kit from the competition. That said, buying a kit will get you started NOW. It can take months figuring out what to buy. Could do a grow with a cheapo kit in that time.

If you have room for a 1.2mx1.2m tent, I recommend that you start with that. A limiting factor to yield is space. (Doh!) A guru with a high budget and limited space can't get higher yields than a new grower with an average budget and lots of space. With tents, taller is better. The shorter the tent, the more problems you will be likely to face. Also, think about whether or not you really need a tent. If there were no such thing as grow tents, what would you do? A tent might be the best option for you but get one because you know why it's the best option for you rather than just assuming so.

Don't try too hard. More plants have met a premature death through tender loving care than have ever died from neglect.

Makes me nervous that someone with the name Jumper with the matching profile pic has been silent for so long...

    Cheers
