Hey everyone just wondering if you could help me identify these little bastards, cleaning my system out for next grow and as I lift my inner out I find about 6 of these in the outer pot, very strange never come across them before looks like whiteflies but what are they doing in my pots??? Can see a few flying around now too thank god I've chopped down! Can anyone help me by telling me how to kill/exterminate these for good thank you in advance.

No idea mate. Maybe they are beneficial but I'd get rid if you have a clean empty groom at the minute. I clean mine down with bleach or alcohol. Make sure all your vents are protected too. Auld pair of tights for me and sticky traps.

Quite often little buggers come in any soil I buy

Can anyone give me any tips on what to do to get rid of these fly's? I've set up sticky straps but haven't caught any of them... Not a big breakout of bugs but I saw a small one on the floor of the tent when I checked yesterday. There are no plants in the tent at the moment so just wondering what the best options are? Sprays, smoke bombs, predators??? Any help would appreciated thanks.

Montgomery spinosad it's the way to go, I used to buy it by itself and mix it and spray it on my plants and soil surfaces. Nowadays they're putting it in so many different kinds of sprays if you carefully read through and see what's available in your area you'll probably find a decent organic spray that has it.
