You will want to calibrate that before use .

450ppm seems high thats .9 e.c for a .5scale meter
Find out if its a .7 or a .5 ppm meter . Big difference .

I would go 350ppm of on a .5 meter . That would give a .7 feed

So go .7 above your base water .
But useless if you cant ph your water

Could you elaborate a bit more on this.

Are you suggesting that I get my base water which is tap water until I can afford an ro unit and then add sensi grow part A and part B in equal measure until I get a reading of 350ppm ?

You may want to invest in higher quality ph and e.c meters though . Milwaukee are a fine unit

So I take 4ml of part a 4ml part b mix water with it until I get a reading of 350 ppm hen add that mix to my base water ?

I think I have solved part of my problem. Went out to groom a lil while ago and they were not looking very happy with the other two looking very yellow.

under the canopy was a nice 26 degrees ok the humidity was only at 20 mind. I then decided to turn extractor fan off as It was a bit nippy in the groom if not under the canopy, 10 min later they are all looking a lot happier and greener.

Therefore I can only assume my extraction fan is just too much atm and was perhaps causing the reverse of wind burn from a fan ??

You can turn it down with a controller . Can get one for 30$ give or take .

Just add straight in your tap water bud .no need to premix it .
Then get your
Add .7 to what yout tap water is .

Take a reading of yoir water before
